Chris Niemann

Chris joined Conair as President & CEO in 2025, after leading Aero-Flite Inc. for 4 years. He comes to the team with 30 years of leadership experience, holding positions within both civilian and military aviation and aerospace organizations.

Chris spent more than 13 years at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc. prior to stepping into aerial firefighting, holding various roles in engineering, program management, and aviation safety, including Senior Director of Operations, managing all worldwide unmanned aircraft operations across the line of GA-ASI products and customers. Prior to General Atomics, Chris served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a combat experienced F-18 Instructor Pilot, Landing Signal Officer (LSO), and Forward Air Controller (FAC). He is also a graduate of Naval Fighter Weapons School.
