He has built broad international expertise across engineering, certification, and operational environments, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and industrial performance.

At Conair, Bernhardt leads OEM Operations, with responsibility for engineering, production, supply chain, maintenance, customer support, quality assurance, and program execution, supporting the development, certification, and global delivery of next-generation aerial firefighting aircraft.
