He joined Conair in 2024 after a successful career in leadership roles at Collins Aerospace, Thales, and Bombardier. Throughout his career, Gerardo has consistently delivered results by effectively managing procurement teams, driving digital transformation initiatives, and optimizing supply chain operations to achieve significant improvements in efficiency and performance.

At Conair, Gerardo leads the development and execution of supply chain strategies and processes to support the company’s growth. He plays a key role in enhancing world-class customer support, expanding global airtanker services and sales, and the economic sustainability of Conair’s fleet.
