Conair’s AT-802 FTD Certified to Level 5

Conair’s AT-802 FTD has been certified to Level 5 by Transport Canada. The simulator offers an immersive experience for pilots, featuring a 180-degree high definition visual display, vibration system, programmable firefighting scenarios, KAWAK throttle quadrant, Retardant Delivery System, and a cockpit with displays identical to the actual aircraft. The training device allows pilots the ability to practice tactics within a variety of situations, with instrumentation reacting to changing environments including wind speed, temperature, and turbulence.
