Canadair CL215T

A derivative of the Piston engine CL215, the CL215T was introduced in 1992. Capable of delivering large amounts of water to a fire in a short period of time. With the conversion to Pratt and Whitney PW123AF engines, the aircraft has increased speed, climb rates and efficiency. Capable of scooping from many water sources or loading retardant from a land base and delivering that payload quickly and efficiently to a fire.
